This is such a cozy spot the authenticity of Puerto Rican Cuisine and bakery was just great this is half of my sandwich the price was reasonable as well
The food is good. But the service is extremely slow, and unprofessional. The customer service needs a lot of work. Maybe better training on how to deal with clients and speed in the kitchen could help. We waited so long for our breakfast that two employees took their breaks while we were still waiting. Coffee came after we finished our breakfast and the cornmeal never came. I was told that I could take it home. Very disappointing!
It truly feels like you have moment of peace inside, the atmosphere feels and looks clean, the food tastes amazing and It LOOKS amazing. I absolutely recommend you try. The service is lovely, and organized. Feels just like home. Would Love to make Rico Rico bakery my usual.
